Subscriptions

Subscription Options and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid automatic renewal, subscribers must cancel their subscription before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the Billing Portal (accessible via the Settings > Billing page). This portal is powered by Stripe, ensuring a secure and efficient way for users to oversee their subscription details.

Subscription Limitations

Each user can have multiple "Teams," and each Team can have only one subscription at a time.

Pricing Model Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect after the current billing cycle ends.

Trials

We may offer trial subscriptions for new users. Trial terms will vary and will be communicated explicitly during registration.

Trial Requirements

Trials may require valid payment details. Unless canceled before the trial ends, users will automatically be transitioned to a paid subscription.

Trial Cancellation and Billing

Users can cancel their trial at any time during the trial period to avoid charges. Cancelation can be done via the Billing Portal.

Acceptable Use

User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law at all times and only in ways that the Service was designed to be used.

User agrees not to use the Service for the Unacceptable Uses listed below. A breach of this acceptable use clause gives the Company the right to immediately suspend User’s access to the Service.

Unacceptable Uses

Using the Service:

  • For discovering vulnerabilities in systems or applications.
  • In ways that impose unreasonable loads on our infrastructure.
  • For purposes of competitive intelligence or creating similar products.
  • Through automated means (e.g., bots or scrapers).
  • To transmit illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
